When your customer registers for an event, it is most likely that they are going to buy a gift or flowers for this event anyways. RemindBuy gets your online store in front of them, speaking directly to the upcoming event right when they are about to make their purchase. If they are looking for a gift, you are already there with suggestions. If they need flowers, you are already there cutting out the competition.

After my 14 days free trial what I need to do? What is going to happen?

A.

After 14 days the RemindBuy widget will no longer appear on your website, and reminders will not be sent to any customers that signed up. RemindBuy will retain your data for up to 1 year if you decide to sign up for a subscription. You may also delete your account at any time, and all data will be removed.

How long does it take to install RemindBuy on my website?

Installing RemindBuy only takes a few minutes. A small snippet of code simply needs to be added to your site.

How long does it take to add RemindBuy to my website and personalize all messages and events?

A.

RemindBuy comes preloaded with events and emails to get you up and running quickly. It is recommended that you create a custom signature, welcome message and registration email, this should only take a few minutes. You may, at any time, customs the events and emails.

Most hosting platforms allow the addition of custom code, you may need to reach out to your provider to assist you if they do not allow you to do this through your management portal. The snipped that needs to be installed is standard javascript that every website can use.

How do I delete RemindBuy?

Click on the Settings icon and select ‘Delete’

If my clients don’t want to receive emails from me, is it easy for my customers to unsubscribe?

A.

Yes - all emails sent come with an ‘unsubscribe’ link. With this link your customers can unsubscribe from individual events, or all emails.

Can I add contacts manually?

A.

Yes - if you know a special event for a customer you can add them manually as a new contact in the platform, or add events to existing customers. When you add a contact in the platform, they do not receive the registration email.

What language are your messages?

Currently the default messages are only in English, however you can customize the emails and change them to any language you want.

Can I add or delete any events?

A.

Yes - from the events page you can add, delete and modify existing events.

How many events do you suggest?

A.

You know your customers best, but will want to ensure you cover the range of events that are important to them. If you have a regional event that doesn’t appear on our list you will certainly want to add it, likewise if our list has events that do apply to your customers you should remove them.

Do you have all templates ready for events and emails?

Yes - when you register for RemindBuy all the events and email templates are provided for you.

Why does RemindBuy cost just $9/month?

At present $9/month covers our platform costs. In the future as we grow out our features and capabilities this may change.

Do you have an annual package?

Can I customize email text and photos?

A.

Yes - all communications coming from RemindBuy are completely customizable

Can I get notification when my consumers subscribed for RemindBuy, can I see which events they choose?

A.

When you login to the RemindBuy platform and go to the Contacts page you will see everyone that has subscribed, all the events they have subscribed to, all the reminders they have received and their upcoming reminders.

How often am I allowed to modify my templates or events updates?

A.

You may update your emails and events as often as you like.

Q.

Do you suggest what size of photos I can upload in emails and how many?

A.

When you upload your photos they are automatically scaled to fit within the emails. In order to optimize viewing for both desktop and mobile the width of the email content is fixed to 600 pixels. Pictures larger than this will be sized down. Smaller pictures will not be modified but you may want to center or stagger them to create a good look. You may upload as many photos as you like, but we recommend no more then 4-5 per email.

Can I send myself a test first before clients start to receive the email?

Yes - from the Events page, click on Preview. This will allow you to see the email in your browser. You can then also click ‘Send to me’ to have the email sent to you.

How to encourage my customers to sign up?

A.

Writing a great welcome message, and enabling the ‘show popup on first visit’ option is the best way to get your customers to sign up. First you need to let them know in your welcome message how RemindBuy will help them, here are some suggestions

After installing RemindBuy in your ecommerce store it is important to let your customers know about this new feature. You can find a link in the installation page that you can share via email, social media, chat or text that will take your customers to your site and open the reminders popup.
